Formación

• 1-3 years of experience in relevant roles or demonstrated academic/professional achievement.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsabilidades

• Trade Monitoring: continuously monitor trading activities to ensure compliance.
• Regulatory Compliance: adhere to SEC, FINRA, CFTC and applicable rules; assist in filings.
• Ownership Monitoring: review reports to identify positions approaching limits.
• Rule 105 Compliance Monitoring: monitor Rule 105 and maintain records for reviews.
• Wall Crossing: manage the wall crossing process to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: work with Trading, Risk, Operations to address issues.
• Regulatory Updates: assist with long-term projects to maintain high compliance standards.
