RENPHO seeks a hands-on TikTok Content & Growth Manager to build and grow the US TikTok presence. You will lead a strategy, create and publish original short-form videos, and drive growth by leveraging trends, formats, and collaborations with creators and influencers.

You'll work with marketing and e-commerce teams to integrate TikTok Shop opportunities, optimize performance, and translate product launches into engaging content that resonates with wellness, beauty tech, and everyday lifestyle

Qualifications

3+ years creating and growing TikTok accounts for brands or agencies.
Proven success growing a TikTok account organically with measurable results.
Strong understanding of US TikTok culture, trends, and formats.
Hands-on filming, editing, and producing TikTok-native videos.
Experience collaborating with influencers or creators.

Responsibilities

Own development and daily management of RENPHO's US TikTok account.
Develop and execute a TikTok-native content strategy focused on views, engagement, and follower growth.
Conceptualize, film, edit, and publish original short-form videos.
Identify emerging trends, formats, sounds, and cultural moments relevant to our audience.
Develop recurring content series and creative concepts to build a recognizable brand personality.
Manage the content calendar and maintain a consistent publishing schedule.
Experiment with approaches, analyze results, and optimize performance.
Collaborate with marketing and e-commerce teams to connect product launches to content.
