Qualifications

• Proven track record of generating and converting new recruitment business.
• Ability to develop a market from the ground up and win new clients.
• Strong prospecting, networking and relationship-building with senior decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Generate new recruitment relationships across the US technology market.
• Identify companies with hiring needs and engage key decision-makers.
• Build relationships with CTOs, engineering leaders, talent teams and founders.
• Generate opportunities through direct outreach, networking and referrals.
• Lead client conversations and present ByteHire's services.
• Convert prospects into active vacancies and long-term clients.
• Assist with commercial discussions around recruitment fees and terms.
• Grow existing accounts and identify further hiring opportunities.
• Coordinate with sourcing and technical teams to ensure delivery.
