Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, IT or related field.
• 1–3 years of IT recruitment experience.
• Strong understanding of US IT recruitment and staffing processes.
• Knowledge of US hiring practices, labor laws and compliance.
• Hands-on experience building IT talent pools.
• Experience recruiting candidates with US work authorizations (US Citizens, Green Card holders, H1B, E3, TN).
• Familiarity with US tax terms (W2, 1099, Corp-to-Corp).
• Strong sourcing and screening skills using portals, LinkedIn, networks.
• Ability to work in US EST time zones.

Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Recruitment: manage job requisition to onboarding.
• Collaborate with recruiting leads and hiring managers to plan hiring strategies.
• Participate in global hiring initiatives to support growth.
• Develop action plans to attract best-fit candidates.
• Source candidates via niche platforms, networks and ATS.
• Conduct interviews, document outcomes, and report findings.
• Coordinate with other departments to align recruitment with growth.
• Stay updated on industry trends to improve recruitment strategies.
