Signify Technology is recruiting a Principal Recruitment Consultant to lead 360 recruitment for our US/LATAM markets from the Austin HQ. You will own end-to-end delivery across Software Engineering, Data, ML or AI and build strategic hiring partnerships with technology businesses.

This role offers a flexible hybrid work model, a track record‑based earnings potential with uncapped commission, and opportunities to mentor junior consultants within a high‑performance team.

Qualifications

• Experience in 360 recruitment for technology roles.
• Experience working within the US technology market.
• Track record of consistent billing in a recruitment setting.
• Experience developing and managing hiring partnerships in Software Engineering, Data, ML or AI.
• Experience mentoring less experienced consultants.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to sell hiring solutions.
• Ability to operate within a high-performance environment.

Responsibilities

• Developing and managing strategic client relationships within US / LATAM market
• Identifying and generating new business opportunities
• Managing end-to-end 360 recruitment processes
• Delivering against complex or multi-hire client requirements
• Building and maintaining candidate networks within your market
• Managing stakeholder expectations throughout the hiring process
• Supporting delivery standards across the wider team
• Mentoring or supporting less experienced consultants where required
