Job summary

Soltec is seeking a Sales Manager to lead business development and sales for solar tracking solutions in the US market. You will identify new opportunities, develop relationships with developers, EPCs, IPPs, and other key stakeholders to drive growth and expand Soltec's market presence.

You will oversee the full cycle from early development through procurement and contract awards, lead proposals and pricing, and collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and project teams to deliver tailored

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.
• Proven track record of winning large-scale renewable energy contracts.
• Strong network across US utility-scale solar ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development and sales activities for US market.
• Develop strategic relationships with developers, EPCs, IPPs, and key stakeholders.
• Lead commercial proposals, pricing, negotiations, and contract execution.
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, supply chain, and project teams.
