The role combines technical site assessment, ROI-focused proposals, and strategic networking, requiring travel across the territory and close collaboration with EPC teams and legal for closing deals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 35 years of documented success in B2B field sales (C&I solar, energy services, or leasing).

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify high-potential C&I clients and build a robust pipeline.
• Initiate direct field contact and secure face-to-face meetings with senior stakeholders.
• Conduct on-site assessments and collaborate with EPC/engineering teams.
• Develop customized financial proposals (ROI, IRR, NPV) and explain financing options.
• Lead RFPs, boardroom pitches, and contract negotiations through to closing.
• Maintain CRM accuracy and hand over projects to PM/engineering on contract signing.
