Job summary

WeRoad Ltd in the US is seeking a hands-on social media lead to own the strategy, calendar, sourcing, and day-to-day execution across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. You’ll set the rhythm with HQ, creators, and the US team, and run weekly alignment meetings to preview content before it goes live, maintaining WeRoad’s friendly, human voice.

You’ll build a one-page US social strategy, a style guide, templates, and a scalable asset system, then measure performance and adjust tactics.

Qualifications

• Built a social program from scratch: style guide, templates, sourcing plan, calendar.
• Experience with Canva, CapCut, and Metricool for scheduling and analytics.
• Experience with influencers/UGC and securing rights.
• Ability to brief a video editor and ensure clear briefs.
• Strong meeting-running and asset-management skills.
