• Hands-on AI-native experience in social including agents managing community engagement.
• Recent, compelling social activations you can discuss with results.
• Experience at culture brands and ability to create from nothing in early days.
• History of highly collaborative work with creative, comms, talent, and creator teams.
• Proven track record of meaningful channel growth that drove business outcomes.
• Experience leading and developing a small team.
• Strong real-time operating experience with live engagements and launches.
• Cultural intelligence practice with rationale for audience signals.
• Fluent in tying social performance to growth metrics.
