Teaching Socials is seeking a high-performing content strategist to own the Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube strategy. You will ideate, test, and scale formats, hooks, and scripts while analyzing creator analytics to drive growth.

You will work closely with editing, social, and leadership to execute on a structured content calendar and build scalable content systems that deliver results.

Qualifications

• Experience with creator brands, agencies, or online education is a plus.
• You measure success by real results and growth.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube formats, series, and positioning.
• Lead ideation: trend research, hooks, scripts, and viral mechanics.
• Monitor performance: watch time, drop-offs, creator analytics, and translate into optimizations.
• Test formats, iterate, and scale; convert learnings into the content calendar.
• Maintain a structured content cadence and calendar that actually holds.
• Appear on camera and collaborate with editing, social, and leadership.
• Build content systems that run smoothly without bottlenecks.
