24 Seven Talent is seeking a Social Media & Content Manager to own social strategy and daily channel execution for a consumer lifestyle brand. The role will be hybrid, posting across Instagram, TikTok, and emerging channels, with in-house video creation and creator partnerships.

You will shoot and edit short-form content, manage content calendars, and collaborate across brand and creative teams to grow brand presence and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Professional social media experience with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute channel strategies.
• Strong creative eye and proven ability to develop engaging content concepts.
• Hands-on video shooting and editing capabilities for short-form social content.
• Deep knowledge of the creator, influencer, and social media landscape.

Responsabilités

• Develop and lead the social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, and emerging channels with goals for growth, engagement, and brand presence.
• Create compelling static and video concepts using brand imagery and new content opportunities.
• Serve as the primary in-house video creator, shooting and editing short-form, social-first content.
• Publish and schedule daily content across social platforms with a consistent cadence, voice, and visual standard.
• Build, maintain, and execute a content calendar in Figma and identify scheduling gaps.
