Job summary

AML3D USA in Stow, OH is seeking a hands-on Shop and Field Service Technician to support installation, operation, and maintenance of advanced industrial metal 3D printing systems. The role offers a mix of in-shop tasks and travel to customer sites.

You will install and set up machines, perform testing, and provide onsite and remote customer support. A high school diploma with welding/electrical/mechanical/robotics training, 3–5 years of shop or field service experience, and proficiency with CAD

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; trade education preferred in welding, electrical, mechanical or robotics.
• 3-5 years of hands-on shop or field service experience.
• Proficient welding skills required.
• Experience with robotics, automation, or industrial equipment is a plus.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office; CAD or 3D printing software preferred.
• Must be comfortable with QA documentation and processes.
• Willingness to travel for field service assignments when needed.

We are seeking a hands-on Shop and Field Service Technician to support installation operation, and maintenance of advanced industrial metal 3D printing systems. This role offers a mix of in-shop and travel to customer sites, support cutting edge manufacturing technology.
