Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, marketing, CS, or related field.
• Proven inside sales or business development experience, preferably in digital solutions or software.
• Strong understanding of digital technologies including apps, web, cloud.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and in fast-paced, quota-driven environments.
• Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales productivity tools.
• Must be able to work in a US-shift environment.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and nurture leads for AI, cloud, modernization, system integration, and data services.
• Conduct proactive outreach via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Educate prospects on capabilities, services, and past successes.
• Arrange and perform virtual meetings or presentations.

• Manage a pipeline of leads with timely follow-up and progression.
• Coordinate with technical teams to assess feasibility and provide estimates.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals and meet targets.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.
• Maintain detailed CRM records of interactions with prospects and clients.
