Job summary

CarCutter is seeking a Sales Manager, Performance & Operations to lead the US sales organization, managing a remote team of Account Executives. You will build the performance operating system, create visibility into performance, diagnose gaps via data, and translate insights into actions for the team.

You will own the weekly rhythm, CRM hygiene, forecasting, and territory productivity while coaching AEs and collaborating with Marketing, CS and Product to drive consistent results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B SaaS sales.
• 2+ years managing Account Executives.
• Experience with distributed/remote teams.
• Strong CRM reporting and dashboards.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own the US sales performance scorecard.
• Maintain dashboards by AE, territory and funnel stage.
• Diagnose performance gaps using data.
• Coordinate weekly operating rhythm and forecast calls.
• Coach AEs and drive accountability.
• Collaborate with Marketing, CS, and Product.
