Mamame Whole Foods, a fast-growing plant-based snack company, seeks a highly driven Sales & Operations Manager to lead Mamame in the United States. This hybrid role combines opening new accounts, expanding distribution, and ensuring strong in-market execution to build a robust US presence.

You will own US operations, collaborate with Overseas Food Trading teams and Mamame’s headquarters in Singapore/Jakarta, and manage inventory flow, forecasting, and cross-functional coordination to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in CPG sales, account management, or sales operations, preferably in Natural & Specialty channel.
• Proven track record of opening, managing, and expanding accounts within Natural / Specialty retail.
• Experience with emerging or high-growth FMCG/CPG brands.
• Strong understanding of distributor ecosystems, particularly UNFI and KeHE.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and secure new accounts across Natural & Specialty channels.
• Lead buyer interactions: pitch, negotiate, close, and expand SKU assortment.
• Grow and deepen relationships with existing accounts; drive distribution and shelf presence.
• Build and manage distribution through key partners (UNFI, KeHE).
• Ensure onboarding of new accounts and successful product launches.
• Monitor distributor performance and ensure reorder flow and coverage.
• Take ownership of sell-through performance; plan and execute promotions and merchandising.
• Coordinate with supplier and overseas teams to forecast and replenish inventory.
