Job summary

Hypersonix Inc. is disrupting e-commerce with AI/ML and real-time insights. We seek a high-impact Sales Director to own and scale US revenue, drive the full sales motion from pipeline to close, and shape our GTM for DTC and retail SaaS verticals.

You will work with the executive team, influence pricing strategy and market position, and collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success to accelerate expansion revenue. Travel up to 30–40% for customer meetings and events is expected.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of B2B SaaS sales experience selling into US retail/ecommerce.
• Experience selling AI/ML, pricing, or analytics platforms.
• Proven ability to manage complex multi-threaded enterprise sales cycles (3–12 months).
• Familiarity with modern retail tech stack (Shopify, SFCC, SAP Hybris, etc.).
• Strong executive presence to influence VP and C-suite buyers.
• Experience building sales processes, playbooks, and territories in startups.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute a US GTM strategy targeting DTC brands, omnichannel retailers, and grocery/CPG companies evaluating AI-powered pricing and analytics platforms.
• Own end-to-end sales pipeline from outbound to close with accountability for ARR targets.
• Navigate complex enterprise deal cycles with VP/C-suite buyers across Merchandising, Finance, and Digital Commerce.
• Develop accurate revenue forecasts, territory plans, and prioritization frameworks.
• Build relationships with senior decision-makers at mid-market and enterprise retail/DTC companies (typically $50M–$2B in revenue).
• Partner with Marketing on demand gen campaigns, ABM programs, and events for US retail audiences.
• Collaborate with Product to feed customer/market intelligence into pricing optimization use cases.
• Work with Customer Success to ensure onboarding, adoption, and expansion revenue.
• Represent Hypersonix at US industry events (NRF, Shoptalk, Groceryshop, etc.).
• Drive Salesforce hygiene and weekly pipeline reporting to leadership.
