Job summary

Hypersonix is seeking an experienced inside sales professional to acquire new customers and nurture relationships for our AI-driven eCommerce platform. You will lead prospecting, qualify leads, and coordinate product demonstrations to win business with SMBs and mid-market retailers.

In this remote role, you will collaborate with product and finance teams, manage forecasts, and develop revenue plans under guidance from the VP of Sales. Travel may be required to meet key clients and close deals.

Qualifications

• Proven software or SaaS sales track record.
• Experience in retail, restaurants, hospitality and eCommerce.
• Willingness to travel to meet clients.
• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
• Represent Hypersonix's products and services to show value for potential customers.
• Refine and optimize lead-generation strategies with best practices.
• Implement annual sales and client account plans to meet revenue goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers for new and ongoing business.
• Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and customer challenges.
• Accurately manage customer records, sales forecasts, budgets, and expenses.
• Develop and review sales proposals, ROI analyses, and invoices.
• Collaborate with Development and Finance to align customer and company objectives.
• Use a sales development platform to execute outreach via calls, emails, and social channels.
