Netris, Inc. is hiring a Sales Director to own US revenue—building pipeline, closing strategic accounts, and defining the go-to-market motion with GPU cloud operators, neo-clouds, sovereign AI initiatives, and enterprise AI factory teams.

This senior IC role has a clear path to leading a US sales team as the business scales; Santa Clara, CA preferred, with remote consideration for exceptional candidates.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in enterprise networking, cloud, or AI infrastructure sales in the US.
• Proven track record selling into GPU cloud operators and hyperscalers.
• Strong technical grasp of NVIDIA networking, Cumulus, SONiC, EVPN/VXLAN, and data center architectures.
• Familiarity with NVIDIA Spectrum-X, DPUs, InfiniBand, and customer-scale GPU environments.
• Proven quota-exceeder with a history of building and closing large, complex enterprise deals.
• Self-directed builder of pipeline in a high-growth, competitive market.

Responsibilities

• Own US revenue targets: new logo acquisition, expansion, and pipeline development.
• Build and develop relationships with GPU cloud operators, neo-clouds, hyperscaler-adjacent buyers, and enterprise AI infrastructure teams.
• Lead full-cycle enterprise sales engagements from prospecting through close.
• Define and execute regional go-to-market strategy with global sales/marketing leadership.
• Build and eventually lead a US sales team as the business scales.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Partner Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver credible, value-led engagements.
• Represent Netris at US industry events and executive briefings.
• Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to inform product and GTM strategy.
