Job summary

Hosted.ai is seeking a Director of Enterprise Sales for the SF Bay Area to own and close $1M+ ARR software deals with neoclouds, GPU owners, and data centers across the Western US. This quota-carrying role requires speaking the neocloud language and moving deals quickly, with two-week to two-month cycles.

You will build a robust pipeline, travel to customer sites, and partner with Sales Engineering and Account Management to ensure successful handoffs after close.

Qualifications

• Experience selling to neocloud executives and GPU owners.
• Understanding of data centers: power, cooling, capacity planning.
• Strong grasp of GPU hardware and software value realization.
• Proven track record closing seven-figure enterprise software deals as an individual contributor.
• Ability to qualify aggressively and move deals from first call to contract in weeks.
• Credibility with both technical and financial buyers.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle with neocloud and GPU owner executives, from first meeting to signed contract.
• Close $1M+ ARR software deals on a 2-week to 2-month cycle.
• Build and manage a Western US pipeline and handle global opportunities via round robin.
• Sell to the C-suite: CEOs, CFOs, CTOs, and heads of infrastructure.
• Lead discovery on fleet, data center footprint, and business model to shape a deal.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering for validation and with Account Management for handoff.
• Keep CRM accurate and forecast with discipline.
• Provide market intelligence on neocloud needs and competitive moves.
