The role requires deep US payer knowledge, experience in HEOR, pricing, and cross-functional leadership across Clinical, Medical, Regulatory and Finance teams.

Qualifications

  • Broad understanding of US payer and health-system environment.
  • Strong HEOR, economic modeling, and value proposition development.

Responsibilities

  • Define US payer-relevant elements of the Target Product Profile and shape differentiation claims.
  • Provide US access input to clinical and RWE plans to support label, guidelines and payer coverage.
  • Lead early value story development, core claims, and AMCP dossier requirements.
  • Develop US pricing hypotheses, budget impact boundaries, and contracting scenarios.
  • Co-create early economic models and RWE plans to support access and inform trial design.
  • Assess policy landscape and channel dynamics impacting design and launch.
  • Synthesize payer/IDN input and rapid tests to mitigate access hurdles.
