Job summary

ABB's Robotics business in the US is seeking a proven leader to oversee the Local Business Line Robotics Industries from our Auburn Hills headquarters. You will own the US BL strategy, drive profitable growth, manage commercial, operational and functional teams, and report to the US Country Leader.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15+ years industry experience in Automation and/or Robotics.
• Prior P&L leadership experience in an automation company.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business or a technical field.
• Ability to travel globally 40%.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Local Business Line Industries and execute the strategy including agreed targets, taking overall P&L financial responsibility for the BL.
• Develop and lead an energized and motivated team culture, driving superior customer experience.
• Ensure effective deployment of personnel to meet business needs including commercial activities and strategy execution.
