Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 15+ years industry experience in Automation and/or Robotics.
• Prior P&L leadership experience in an automation company.
• Ability to travel globally 40%.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business or a technical field.
• Will consider domestic relocation for fully qualified candidate.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Local Business Line Robotics Industries in the US with full P&L responsibility.
• Drive profitable growth and aligned strategy with the US Local Division and Global Business Line Industries.
• Establish a customer-focused, quality culture and continuous improvement across the US business line.
• Oversee commercial, operational and functional teams to ensure successful execution.
• Governance of the business line and active risk review with cross-functional/global teams.
• Communicate market needs to product management and global R&D teams.
• Ensure health and safety of all employees and contractors.
• Participate in the local country leadership team and broader business strategy.

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
