Job summary

Meshy is seeking a remote Billing and Subscription Support Specialist to join our US East-aligned support window. You will handle billing issues, refunds, and disputes, working across Product, Engineering, and Finance to resolve tickets.

Based in the United States, you will collaborate with Beijing, US East, and US West teams to maintain handoffs, improve SOPs, and develop self-serve help content. Strong English, SaaS billing experience, and Intercom familiarity are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of billing or subscription support experience.
• Experience with complex billing, discounts, refunds, and disputes.
• Experience with SaaS subscription products.
• Clear, empathetic written and spoken English.
• Proficiency with billing and ticketing systems; Intercom preferred.
• Based in the United States and able to work Eastern Time hours.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle the full range of user issues during US East hours—general product questions, bugs, and billing.
• Make independent judgments on complex refund and billing disputes.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Finance to investigate bugs and route requests.
• Shape and improve our billing policy, refund rules, and SOPs.
• Identify recurring issues and create self-serve Help Center articles and Intercom automations.
• Review support ticket data and share improvement recommendations with the team.
• Own the Eastern Time support window and coordinate handoffs across Beijing, US East, and US West.
