The candidate will lead process improvements, collaborate with partners, and stay current with tax legislation. Domestic relocation is available, with travel 5-10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance, or business related degree and 5+ years of tax experience.
• Ability to communicate with a global audience and avoid tax jargon.
• Knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and guidance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complex International compliance computations for earnings and profits, Subpart F, NCTI, and U.S. International forms, including Form 5471 and 8858.
• Work closely with business partners and technical specialists to ensure proper preparation and review on technical areas.
• Analyze and interpret proposed changes to US tax legislation and regulations with regard to the impact on compliance requirements.
• Lead projects related to process improvements, implementation of controls, or other planning initiatives.
• Analyze and develop responses to support tax authority inquiries.
