• Bachelor’s degree required; 5+ years of experience in compliance, trade compliance, risk management, internal audit, or related field.
• Experience supporting compliance programs, internal controls, or regulatory initiatives.
• Ability to analyze complex issues and deliver actionable business recommendations.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with diverse stakeholders.
