Job summary

Sandvik Mining is seeking a Regions & Services Regional Sales Manager to drive Parts & Services revenue across the USA. You will lead a frontline team of PSSRs, execute national sales strategies, and ensure strong customer engagement and opportunity management.

The role requires 5–8 years in mining P&S sales, 2+ years in sales management, and the ability to travel extensively. A Bachelor’s degree and Salesforce proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years experience in mining parts and services sales.
• 2 years sales management experience.
• Demonstrated success leading front-line sales teams and growing portfolios.
• Able to influence across functions and divisions.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Willingness to travel across the US.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional Parts & Services revenue growth across USA.
• Coach and develop a team of ~5 PSSRs to achieve targets.
• Drive pipeline creation, qualification, and conversion.
• Align with product managers and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety and commercial standards.
