Sandvik Mining is seeking an Area Manager for Surface Drills in the Western USA. You will lead safety initiatives, drive distributor partnerships, and develop strategies to grow profitable sales across the territory.

The role requires the ability to manage a robust CRM pipeline and collaborate with internal teams to execute product and portfolio strategies. The position includes a comprehensive compensation package, travel up to 60–70%, and ongoing opportunities for professional development

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 10 years OEM sales experience in mining or construction segments or equivalent mix of sales and operations.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate safety leadership at Sandvik sites and customer locations.
• Act as a Safety Champion for sites with the team present.
