Job summary

Roundglass is seeking a hands-on Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for our U.S.-based roles across Product, Technology, Creative, Content, Finance, and Corporate. You’ll partner with hiring managers, build talent pipelines, and guide candidates through screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or equivalent.
• 4–6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience for U.S.-based roles.
• Experience managing lifecycle: intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers.
• Strong sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, direct outreach, referrals.
• Experience with multiple functions and leadership searches preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for U.S.-based roles across multiple functions.
• Guide candidates and stakeholders through screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Develop sourcing strategies and build diverse talent pipelines.
• Maintain ATS data accuracy and recruiting metrics.
• Partner with hiring managers on requirements and interview processes.
