Qualifications

• Strong sales and business development performance.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for US and EU facilities.
• Convey Rentschler's value proposition effectively to prospective clients.
• Solicit RFIs/RFPs/RFQs from clients.
• Drive the sales process from initial contact to contract execution.
• Develop and execute a territory sales plan to meet targets.
• Contribute to revenue and market share growth.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (technical, legal, marketing).
• Initiate and coordinate customer site visits with departments.
• Utilize CRM to track and follow up on client leads.
• Represent the company at local conferences.
• Build collaborative relationships with cross-functional peers.
