Job summary

Summize Ltd is seeking a commercially minded US People and Talent Business Partner to own day-to-day HR, advisory and business partnering for US employees. Based in our Seaport office, you’ll support payroll, benefits, onboarding, and a range of HR activities while partnering with the UK People team and reporting to the CFO.

You’ll work closely with managers, manage ER cases, and help develop US policies and local training.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in HR generalist/HRBP or HR/TA hybrid role.
• Strong knowledge of US employment law, including MA and CA state law.
• Experience handling ER cases and payroll oversight.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for US employees on HR matters.
• Manage employee relations end-to-end and guidance to managers.
• Oversee US payroll and benefits administration (health & 401k).
• Own onboarding/offboarding processes and ensure compliant local policies.
• Support recruitment campaigns and candidate experience in the US.
