Job summary

Twinkl Ltd. is seeking an experienced US HR & Talent Manager to partner with our UK HR team and lead the People function for our US business.

This remote role focuses on attracting great people, building high-performing teams and delivering an exceptional employee experience as we expand in the US market. You’ll translate UK People processes for US use, bring US expertise back to the broader function, and oversee workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding and employee relations across our US

Qualifications

• US HR knowledge with a commercial, pragmatic, hands-on approach.
• Experience leading HR initiatives in a US context (HR Manager, HRBP, People Partner or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of US federal and state employment law and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the US General Manager and leadership team to translate business priorities into people and workforce plans.
• Own end-to-end recruitment across the US, from workforce planning to sourcing, interviews, offers and onboarding.
• Lead the employee lifecycle for the US workforce including onboarding, performance, engagement and development.
• Coach managers through employee relations, performance and HR decisions with fair, commercial outcomes.
• Shape org structures and workforce plans as the US business grows and evolves.
• Manage relationships with US employment partners (e.g., PEO) across payroll, benefits, and compliance.
• Ensure US practices align with federal, state and local requirements while localising Twinkl's global People policies.
