Qualifications

• 4+ years of US payroll provider experience in a support role.
• Strong written and verbal communication for complex payroll topics.
• Experience with AI tools (GPT, Claude) to produce insights or material.
• Data manipulation in Excel/Google Sheets using complex formulas.
• Comfort with startup pace and autonomous teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level day-to-day payroll support for US payroll concerns.
• Own partner relationships as first contact for education and support.
• Collaborate across Knowledge & Enablement for partner processes and onboarding.
• Be the product payroll expert across product, payroll, and tax matters.
• Lead training sessions or webinars to educate partners and teams.
• Audit and iterate scalable CX and payroll operations processes.
• Work with cross-functional teams to improve payroll system integrations.
• Identify trends and relay product feedback to engineering.
• Triage non-support questions to appropriate teams.
