Job summary

Salsa is seeking a payroll onboarding and training specialist to guide employer onboarding end to end and to train partner teams on payroll best practices. You will design engaging materials, run live sessions, and build scalable processes to improve onboarding across partners.

You’ll work closely with migration, product, and engineering teams to refine guidance, reduce errors, and help partners onboard employers on their own over time.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years in payroll operations or onboarding, including 2 to 3 years training, coaching or educating people.
• Experience creating training materials and building programs from scratch.
• Ability to explain payroll concepts clearly to newcomers.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on employer onboarding from setup to first payroll.
• Design and deliver partner training programs and materials.
• Improve onboarding guidance based on partner feedback.
• Coordinate with migration, product and engineering teams to prevent errors.
