Job summary

Sanofi US Neurology and Immunology HEVA team seeks a lead for Asset/Indication HEOR to shape value evidence across MS and immune indications. You will drive economic modeling, data analyses, HTA submissions, and evidence synthesis to demonstrate payer value in the US market.

The role requires collaboration with Commercial, Medical Affairs, Policy, and Global HEVA to ensure US insights inform global strategies and launch readiness.

Qualifications

• 3 years of HEOR, real-world evidence or related field in pharma/biotech.
• Advanced degree (PhD/MD/MS/MPH/PharmD) required.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead HEOR evidence generation to support payer value in US Neurology/Immunology.
• Collaborate with Value & Access, US Medical Affairs and Policy to inform value frameworks and ICER responses.
• Define HEOR priorities and translate US market access strategies into evidence generation plans.
• Coordinate with Global HEVA to align US insights with global strategies.
