Sanofi's HEVA team in Cambridge, MA is seeking a Systemic Mastocytosis/Emerging Indication HEOR Strategy Specialist to lead US-focused HEOR for AYVAKIT and new assets. You will design economic models, conduct RWE studies, and prepare payer dossiers to support US access and reimbursement.

This role partners with US Medical Affairs, Value & Access, and Policy teams, translating global evidence into US value narratives while mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to cross-functional planning.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree (PhD/PharmD) in health economics or related field, or Master’s with ≥4–5 years HEOR experience.
• 2+ years in health economics, outcomes research, or related field; fellowship preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead US-focused HEOR for AYVAKIT and emerging assets; design/evaluate US HEOR plans.
• Institute economic models, database analysis, RWE studies, and evidence synthesis.
• Develop payer dossiers and support US access and policy strategies.
• Collaborate with US Medical Affairs, Value & Access, Policy; mentor juniors.
