Job summary

AbbVie Inc. is seeking an experienced HEOR professional to lead the development and execution of evidence strategies across multiple indications and products, at global and regional levels.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HEOR plans into integrated evidence strategies and support regulatory and payer discussions. The role requires strong leadership in health economics, outcomes research, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to maximize evidence

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in health economics or related discipline.
• Minimum of five years with Master’s, three years with PhD (fellowship included).
• Core HEOR specialties: epidemiology, biostatistics, PROs, health services research, economics.
• Ability to present complex programs and data to cross-functional audiences.

Responsibilities

• Act as an HEOR subject-matter expert in cross-functional teams within the Pipeline Commercialization Model.
• Lead and conduct timely execution of robust and innovative research aligned to strategy.
• Collaborate with HEOR centers of excellence to ensure robust research delivery.
• Leverage payer/HTA knowledge to inform COA measurement for trials and interface with regulators.
• Partner with stakeholders and country affiliates for global HTA submissions.
• Develop relationships with external thought-leaders and publish findings.
• Manage budget and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Ensure compliance with established research standards and dissemination across stakeholders.
