Job summary

AbbVie seeks an Associate Director of Health Economics & Outcomes Research to lead HEOR strategy across multiple indications or products. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to design, execute and interpret evidence plans that inform treatment decisions, label expansion, and payer discussions.

Qualifications

• Must have strong foundation in health economics, outcomes research and HTA
• Ability to present complex analytical results to diverse audiences
• Experience coordinating across matrix teams and external stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute robust HEOR research aligned to strategy
• Collaborate with HEOR centers of excellence to ensure robust evidence
• Inform COA measurement strategy and interface with regulatory bodies for labeling discussions
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support HTA submissions and market access
• Develop relationships with external thought-leaders for study design and publication
