Job summary

Neurocrine Biosciences, Inc. is seeking an experienced HEOR leader to drive evidence development and value communications for its marketed products and development compounds.

You will work with HEOR, Medical Affairs, Brand and Clinical teams to inform payers and clinicians about value propositions and health outcomes. The role requires leadership in study design, analysis plans, and large database analyses, with a focus on U.S.

Qualifications

• MS degree with 8+ years in HEOR in pharma, or PhD/PharmD with 5+ years experience
• Experience creating U.S.-based HTA submissions (AMCP dossier, Budget Impact/Cost-effectiveness models, ICER submissions)
• Ability to synthesize complex clinical and statistical information for medical communications
• Prior managerial or functional leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Develops strategic direction for product/disease-specific HEOR projects and communicates health care value
• Collaborates with HEOR leadership and cross-functional teams to build evidence for market access
• Manages external vendors and maintains contractual accountability
• Interacts with senior leadership to influence policy and decision making in area of responsibility
• Represents Neurocrine at professional events and presents data when required
