Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a scientific discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in health economics, outcomes research, or a related field.
• Global product launch experience; understanding of payer evidence requirements.
• Proficiency in evidence-based medicine and clinical research methodology.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of asset-level HEOR strategies within the global HEVA framework for AYVAKIT and emerging assets; translate value propositions into evidence plans.
• Design and execute HEOR research including economic modeling, database analysis, COA development and validation, literature reviews and evidence synthesis.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to design clinical research programs meeting regulators' evidentiary standards and align with US HEVA needs.
• Develop payer relationships to inform value demonstration strategies and engage with HTA bodies and external partners.
• Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to scientific publications and presentations.
