Job summary

Dow is seeking an experienced Natural Gas Trader to join our Feedstocks and Commodities organization in Houston, TX. Candidates should have a proven track record in physical and/or financial commodity trading with deep expertise in natural gas, NGLs, crude oil, or related markets.

You will manage a mid-nine-figure commodities portfolio focused on US natural gas, identifying opportunities and executing trading and hedging strategies, while managing risk and delivering consistent performance in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent
• 7+ years of relevant experience
• Travel willingness and ability
• Off-hours availability for weather/emergency support
• U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement trading and hedging strategies in gas markets
• Generate trading profit and manage risk within approved parameters
• Trade using futures, swaps, options and other derivatives
• Identify arbitrage and dislocations across regions and time structures
• Build relationships with market participants and support senior management with market views
