Job summary

Dow has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Natural Gas Trader to join the Feedstocks and Commodities organization in Houston, TX. You will manage a mid-nine-figure commodities portfolio focused on US natural gas, developing and executing trading and hedging strategies while managing risk and delivering performance.

Responsibilities include executing futures, swaps and options, identifying arbitrage opportunities, and maintaining relationships with market participants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics) or equivalent military experience
• 7+ years of relevant working experience
• Ability to travel as required
• U.S. work authorization (no visa sponsorship)

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute trading and hedging strategies in gas-related markets
• Generate consistent trading profit within risk parameters
• Execute transactions using futures, swaps, options, and other derivatives
• Identify arbitrage opportunities across regions and structures
• Build relationships with traders, producers, consumers, refiners, brokers and exchanges
