Job summary

MoonLake Immunotherapeutics is seeking an Associate Director, Marketing Operations & Launch Excellence to own the integrated launch plan from BLA through launch. You will align Marketing with Market Access, Medical, Sales, and Regulatory to meet milestones and lead cross-functional sub-teams to drive decisions and accountability.

You will manage governance, risk, and resource planning, while guiding in-market execution and post-launch workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of pharma/biotech experience in Marketing or Marketing/Commercial Operations.
• Direct experience with at least one product launch in a marketing/ops role.
• Experience managing MLR and leading large cross-functional meetings.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated launch and readiness plan across Marketing and cross-functional partners from BLA through launch.
• Build and maintain a governance framework and master tracker with timelines, accountabilities, dependencies, and risks.
• Lead launch readiness meetings and cross-functional sub-teams; escalate risks and assign owners for all actions.
• Identify cross-functional risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies; plan mitigations.
• Partner with Marketing leadership for resourcing and sequencing of launch-critical workstreams.
• Provide consolidated status reporting and escalation to senior leadership on readiness and mitigations.
• Oversee in-market execution tracking and post-launch governance for continued alignment.
• Oversee MLR governance to ensure timely review and approval of marketing materials.
• Manage marketing budget processes, POs, and contract workflows with fiscal discipline.
• Oversee congress/event logistics and fulfillment of field materials; manage speaker bureau operations.
