Job summary

MoonLake Immunotherapeutics seeks an Associate Director of Marketing Operations & Launch Excellence to Own the integrated launch and readiness plan from BLA through launch, aligning Marketing with Regulatory, Medical, Sales and Market Access. You will drive governance, tracking and cross‑functional execution to ensure milestones are met and risks are mitigated.

The role requires 5+ years in pharma/biotech marketing or operations, with product launch experience and strong MLR leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech experience in Marketing/Commercial Operations.
• Experience launching at least one product in a marketing or operations role.
• Experience managing MLR and leading large cross‑functional meetings.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated launch and readiness plan from BLA through launch.
• Build and maintain a governance framework and master tracker with timelines and risks.
• Lead launch readiness meetings and cross‑functional sub‑teams, driving decisions and escalation.
• Identify cross‑functional risks, bottlenecks and dependencies.
• Plan resources and capacity with Marketing leadership for launch‑critical workstreams.
• Provide consolidated status reporting to senior leadership on launch readiness and mitigations.
• Oversee in‑market execution tracking through early post‑launch.
• Manage MLR governance, ensuring timely review and approvals of materials.
• Oversee budgeting, P.O. processes and contract workflows for marketing.
• Coordinate congress logistics, events, printing and fulfillment.
• Oversee speaker bureau operations and contracts to ensure compliance.
