Job summary

Wheely is seeking a General Manager for Wheely for Business to lead global commercial performance. You’ll decide market focus, build the US team, and drive enterprise growth as Wheely expands beyond New York to Los Angeles, Miami, and DC.

The role reports to the CEO and requires shaping the product, service, and partnerships while building the team and budget to achieve a $100M GMV objective in four years.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Leadership abilities and team development experience.
• Significant US market experience building teams and selling to US clients.
• Willingness to travel regularly between London and the US.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction across segments, markets and channels.
• Build and lead the US commercial team in alignment with global goals.
• Grow existing US accounts and win enterprise opportunities.
• Develop product and partnerships to support enterprise clients.
• Build marketing and customer success functions from scratch.
• Own the Wheely for Business product roadmap and integrations.
