Wheely is seeking a Founding US Launcher to lead the roll-out of new US markets. The role is highly mobile with no fixed office, moving across America's markets over 6–18 months to launch each market from the ground up.

You will recruit and develop top chauffeurs, set up scalable operational processes, and coordinate with Product, Marketing, Customer Support and the executive team to ensure a premium customer experience from day one.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in fast-paced, analytical environments such as tech startups, management consulting or investment banking.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in STEM, Economics, Business or related quantitative field from a leading university.
Strong analytical skills.
Relentless ownership in high-stakes, ambiguous environments with urgency.
Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
Eligibility to work in the US or obtain an E-2 visa (for eligible UK citizens).
Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

Lead the operational launch of new US markets.
Build local supply by recruiting, onboarding and developing chauffeurs who meet Wheely's service standards.
Establish operational processes to ensure premium customer experience from day one.
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Customer Support and the executive team to coordinate market launches.
