US Manager, Safety and Emergency/Incident Programming

Responsibilities:
- Provide consultancy and guidance in managing comprehensive workplace safety and emergency/incident response programs for KPMG operations domestically and internationally.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and standards in workplace safety and emergency response, aligned with firm risk tolerance and budget.
- Manage risk management frameworks, collaborate with stakeholders, and develop learning and awareness programs.
- Develop and deliver training and coaching to relevant stakeholders.
- Review subject matter expertise, facilitate tabletop exercises, support incident planning and response, and ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum eight years of recent experience in workplace safety and emergency/incident response, including leading global programs addressing hazards like natural disasters, pandemics, and active threats.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong understanding of regulatory environments such as OSHA, safety management systems, and global situational awareness.
- Analytical, problem-solving skills, and ability to operate in a matrix organization across teams.
- Excellent communication skills for presentations, negotiations, and influencing others.
- This is a fully remote position within the US, with 5-10% travel. Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
