Qualifications

• Bilingual in Mandarin and English required.
• At least 1 year in TikTok Shop, livestream e-commerce, or e-commerce operations.
• Familiarity with TikTok Shop, livestream selling, or social commerce platforms.
• Strong communication, coordination, organizational, and execution skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Plan livestream schedules, sales scripts, product showcases, and promotions.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and manage livestream hosts.
• Coordinate product selection, inventory, warehouse operations, and customer service.
• Collaborate with China-based team on product info, supply chain, content planning and operations.
• Monitor livestream sessions and identify opportunities to improve engagement and sales.
• Track and analyze KPI metrics (views, CTR, conversion, sales, returns).
• Manage product listings and promotions on TikTok Shop.
• Coordinate with teams to resolve operational issues and ensure smooth livestreams.
• Ensure livestream content and shop operations comply with policies and laws.
• Recommend improvements based on performance data and feedback.
