Job summary

Asiacruit BPO, Inc. seeks a Mandarin-English bilingual E-Commerce Livestream Operations Specialist to manage livestream planning, host coordination, product alignment, and campaign execution for the US market.

You will collaborate with a China-based team to optimize livestream performance, track KPIs, and ensure platform compliance on TikTok Shop while building engaging broadcasts to drive sales growth.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English with strong communication skills.
• Experience in livestream e-commerce or e-commerce operations is required or preferred.
• Familiarity with TikTok Shop or social commerce platforms is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Plan livestream schedules, sales scripts, product showcases, and promotional campaigns.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and manage livestream hosts for engaging broadcasts.
• Coordinate product selection, inventory, warehouse operations, and customer service.
• Collaborate with China-based team on product info, supply chain, content, and daily operations.
• Monitor livestream sessions and identify opportunities to improve engagement and sales.
• Track and analyze KPIs: views, CTR, conversion, sales, returns.
• Manage product listings and campaign execution on TikTok Shop.
• Coordinate with teams to address operational issues and ensure smooth livestreams.
• Ensure content and shop operations comply with policies and laws.
