Qualifications

• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese; strong English communication.
• At least 1 year of experience in TikTok Shop, livestream e-commerce, or e-commerce operations.
• Familiarity with TikTok Shop and livestream selling platforms.
• Excellent communication, coordination, organizational, and execution skills.
• Ability to interpret performance data and identify opportunities to improve engagement and sales.
• Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams in China.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Plan livestream schedules, sales scripts, product showcases, and promotional campaigns.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and manage livestream hosts for engaging broadcasts.
• Coordinate product selection, inventory, warehouse ops, and customer service.
• Collaborate with China-based team on product information, supply chain, content, and day-to-day ops.
• Monitor livestream sessions and identify opportunities to improve engagement, visibility, and sales conversion.
• Track and analyze KPIs: views, CTR, conversions, sales, returns.
• Manage product listings, promotions, and campaigns on TikTok Shop.
• Coordinate with teams to resolve operational issues and ensure smooth livestreams.
• Ensure livestream content and shop operations comply with policies and laws.
• Recommend improvements based on data, feedback, and trends.
