Qualifications

• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese with strong English skills.
• At least 1 year of experience in TikTok Shop, livestream e-commerce, or e-commerce operations.
• Familiarity with livestreaming platforms and social commerce.
• Strong coordination, organizational and execution abilities.
• Ability to interpret performance data and boost engagement and sales.
• Comfortable collaborating with teams in China.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Plan livestream schedules, sales scripts, product showcases, and promotional campaigns.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and manage livestream hosts for engaging broadcasts.
• Coordinate product selection, inventory, warehouse operations, and customer service.
• Collaborate with China-based team on product information, supply chain, content, and daily ops.
• Monitor livestreams and identify opportunities to improve engagement, visibility, and conversions.
• Track KPIs: views, CTR, conversion, sales, and returns.
• Manage product listings, promotions, and campaigns on TikTok Shop.
• Coordinate with teams to address operational issues and ensure smooth livestreams.
• Ensure livestream content and shop ops comply with policies and laws.
• Recommend improvements based on data and market trends.
